Medical - Provide a large amount of precision tooling for numerous $1M assembly machines and other special equipment often in short lead times. Contract design services, in excess of 3500hrs, to reverse engineer and improve reliability, maintenance and production on several continuous assembly syringe machines. Assisted in improving production rate from 300ppm to over 450ppm.

Consumer Health Care - For the past seven years we have built and installed safety guards around $4M+ continuous molding systems for 2 & 3 blade razor cartridges. Machined tooling components and fabricated plastic guards. Design and built a 15' conveyor with tooling pockets attached to conveyor chain. Delivered conveyor in twelve days including tooling, assembly and servo controlled drive.

Consumer Products Industry - Designed, built and installed several special machines and fixtures for assembling the flexible components on the SnakeLight Flashlight. Integrated vibratory feed tracks and bowls.

Automotive - Design robotic machines to dispense Loctite RTV for use in the automotive industry. These designs included robot end-of-arm tooling, pneumatic and plumbing systems and interface with existing equipment. Assisted in assembling, testing and provided machined components from our prints. Designed and built a small silk screening fixtures.

Automotive, Cosmetic, Medical - Provide contract design services for conveyors, assembly systems, fixtures and mechanism using robotic, fixed automation and mechanism. Also, provide machining and installation services.

Cosmetic - Contract design services for special machinery to assemble lipstick and mascara parts plus fill & cap cologne bottles. Also, designed lipstick molding machine and assisted in machining parts, assembly and on-site installation.

Cosmetic - Contract design service for a lipstick molding system. Provided some machined parts and assisted in the assembly and on-site installation.

Garment - Machined prototype parts, fabricated plastic safety guards and covers from Lexan material, bent and solvent bonded plastic to form parts.

Cosmetic - Designed, machined parts and assembled an assortment of custom machines for labeling mascara parts and nail polish bottles.

Environmental - Built two specialized air-testing devices for an environmental air sampling research project for the Chemical Engineering Department. Worked from sketches to re-engineer the device to assemble and function properly. Consisted of all stainless machining with filter disks requiring over 200 .010" diameter holes. Also, provide general machining services for various departments.
