- If possible, a phone number where you can be
reached in the event we need to contact you. Please note that we
would only call you if there was a problem.
- If paying by credit card, the address to which
the credit card is billed
- The credit card number
- Credit card expiration date
IF YOU ARE CONCERNED
ABOUT SUPPLYING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA UNSECURED EMAIL,
EITHER CALL US WITH THE NUMBER OR SPLIT THE CARD NUMBER AND EXPIRATION
DATE INTO TWO OR MORE EMAILS.
When we have received your email order, we will send an email
confirmation with the Invoice Total and estimated shipping date.
